Our Story.
Co-founders, John and Shane, have over 38 years recruitment experience, both in-house and agency side in London and Cape Town. Both continue to run successful, independent recruitment agencies alongside Talent Collectiv.
In addition, Shane successfully built out and led a Global Talent Acquisition function at SABMiller which operated as a Centre of Excellence, delivering significant value and cost-saving realisation for the SAB business.
Talent Collectiv is leading a new era in recruitment growth - both for recruitment agencies and in-house Talent Acquisition teams. Our embedded offshore 360° model offers something the market has been missing: experienced consultants who drive both client acquisition and candidate delivery, operating as a seamless extension of recruitment agencies. With operations headquartered in Cape Town, UK clients benefit from a time difference of just 1 hour (GMT+1) during BST and 2 hours during daylight saving. For clients based in Central Europe, during summer there is no time difference, and just 1 hour (CET+1) during daylight saving. This makes Cape Town the perfect remote location for our European Clients.
